The Indonesian language must be used in memoranda of understanding or agreements involving state institutions, government agencies of the Republic of Indonesia, Indonesian private institutions, or individuals who are Indonesian citizens.
The legal terms of the agreement are regulated in Article 1320 of the Civil Code (KUHPer), in short, the legal terms of the agreement contain the following:
1. Agreed;
2. Proficient;
3. For lawful causes;
4. Certain things.
